This is just a guide. The heat, time and pressure will depend on the heat press that you own.
Recommendation: Heat press temperature: 185 ℃ for, 80 -100 seconds, med pressure. (supplier suggests 3D machine (185℃ for 240 seconds) but not required you can use a flat press)

NOTE: remember to remove plastic film if any before printing.
