What payment options are available?
For your convenience, we offer a range of secure payment options including
Afterpay, Stripe and direct bank transfer.
Do I have to open an account?
Not at all, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can re order previous orders and You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time. Also helps us to find your order etc if we need to.
How do I place an order?
Ordering on Crafty Moments is easy, safe and secure. Once you have found the item/s you would like to purchase, choose any options if applicable then click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information or online banking to pay by direct credit, or you sign in to your afterpay account to pay via this payment option.
What products do you have?
Our online shop has a huge range of craft supplies. Use the search bar and filters to find what you need. If you can’t see what you’re after, just get in touch. Use the contact form at the bottom of the page.
Can I track my order status?
Absolutely! order processing is 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to keep tabs on its journey straight to your doorstep.

Do you have a shop and allow click and collect?
Our little business is a home-based business, and we are online only. We are happy for you to collect your order! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and process your order. Once we have done this we will send you an email and/or text with our full address for you to collect. Pick up is Rural Matamata/Te Poi area. Please use the contact us form at the bottom of the page.
Collection is between 10am-5pm Monday - Friday only
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry not at this time we only ship within New Zealand.
What if my parcel is damaged or lost?
If your package arrives damaged, reach out to our friendly team as soon as you can. We'll swiftly file a claim with the delivery company and either send you a replacement or give you a refund after the claim is approved. If your tracking info isn't showing or you haven't received your order within the usual time frame, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll check in with the courier and get back to you as soon as we have an update. If your order arrives damaged, kindly send us photos to help us process the claim. You can reach out via the button below with your details, and we'll follow up for the photos if needed. If we require the item and packaging back, we'll let you know.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order, however, please do this asap as Once your order is packaged and processed, we cannot cancel it. Please Contact us with your name and order number.

Returns and Exchanges
At Crafty Moments, we're proud of our products and want you to be happy with them. If you have any problems or want to exchange something, simply get in touch with our helpful customer service team. If something you've bought is faulty, we'll make sure we put things right. Just send back the unused item in its original packaging, and we'll do the rest. We work within the law, so if you've simply changed your mind, we're not able to offer a refund. Please think carefully before ordering. You'll need to cover the cost of returning any items. But don't worry, if we've sent you the wrong thing, we'll happily send out the correct item once we receive the original back.
