Shipping policy: Know before you order
We want your products, items, goods or 'bits and bobs' to arrive in one piece, so we've partnered with NZ Post, Courier Post and Pass the parcel the most reputable courier companies in the land, to make sure your crafty products arrive in mint condition.
Shipping rates across the islands
Our flat rate shipping costs are as follows:
North Island Urban: $8.50
North Island Rural: $11.50
South Island Urban: $12.50
South Island Rural: $15.00
All areas: Any type of Machine/Press only will be flat rate $49 shipping.
All areas: Any type of Machine/Press and other items in the same order $59 flat rate
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are sent out Monday to Friday, within 1-4 working days of being processed (which usually takes 1-2 days). You'll get an email from us as soon as your order is sent.
Due to the courier’s hours of operation, orders submitted on Fridays (after 12pm) and over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your package has been lovingly packed and picked up by our couriers, delivery times are approximately:
1 - 4 business days for New Zealand. Please allow extra time during busy periods.
Track your order
Once your parcel has been collected and scanned by the courier, we'll fire an email your way with a tracking number. Then you can follow your crafty stash every step of the way.
